Le George, the Mediterranean restaurant with style in the Four Seasons07.05.16
Led by chef Marco Garfagnini, Le George adds a modern touch to Mediterranean-style cuisine that is designed for sharing- a true interactive dining experience! With its’ emphasis on fish and elegantly prepared vegetables, the menu takes you on a virtual journey between the French Riviera and northern Italy. That’s not to mention the exquisite desserts that are almost too beautiful to eat!
The room has a distinctly Parisian vibe, drawing from timelessly chic and relaxed modern influences. The stunning vaulted ceiling meets the large windows that look into the Marble Courtyard where you can admire Jeff Leatham’s exquisite creations. His creations are truly one-of-a-kind flower art, adding exclusive beauty to the restaurants’ view.
Now, it would not be a restaurant fit for the George V without some lavish details. Thanks to the Hotel’s interior designer Pierre-Yves Rochon for the house of Lalique, a symbol of French-style luxury, the room features a sparkling crystal piece that echoes the furnishings and fixtures. (This exquisite Baccarat chandelier that is more than 2.5 metres (8 feet) high and nearly 2 metres (6.5 feet) wide!) The black metal framework structuring the entrance, also feature decorative crystal panels by Lalique.
Le George is the epitome of elegant gourmet fare that is just perfect for special moments 🙂
