Brasserie Barbers: The New Parisian Hot Spot10.16.15
Set in the heart of a multi ethnic neighborhood, tourists and Parisians can count on a new hot spot called Brasserie Barbès. Controversial project at the beginning, I can say that the result is amazing. For the story… During my last trip in Paris, I was in the metro between two stations, staring off into space when this brasserie caught my attention.
Brasserie Barbès, which opened in April, spreads over four floors with a restaurant, a lounge, a dance floor and a rooftop. This place is just huge! Full of light with its retractable glass ceiling, the interiors are decorated with lush plants, retro chairs, wooden tables. The atmosphere is modern with a nod to the 1930s. Just for a drink or for a dinner with friends, you will enjoy a nice moment in a warm environment. And for those who still hesitate, the prices are not more expensive than in another brasserie!
Brasserie Barbès is trendy but it is also a multicultural place. This is what makes the difference for me!
